Brett Marvin & the Thunderbolts Instruments

Brett Marvin & The Thunderbolts feature an unusual collection of instruments, giving a strong, driving percussive sound to their music. Favouring the spontaneous Delta country blues style, with a long tradition of home made instruments, they take their inspiration from the original recordings of Robert Johnson, Skip James, Howling Wolf, Sonhouse and Sleepy John Estes. Thirty years of interpretation has woven the unique Brett Marvin & The Thunderbolt sound into the original weft of the Blues.
